Paul K. Baker is a founding partner of Baker & Abraham, P.C., concentrating his practice on the representation of clients injured by defective products, in serious worksite accidents, trucking and motor vehicle accidents, and through medical negligence. Attorney Baker has extensive district and superior court trial experience, and has argued before the Massachusetts Appeals Court. As illustrated in the list of representative cases and results, Attorney Baker has obtained numerous, substantial monetary recoveries on behalf catastrophically injured clients.
Attorney Baker began representing injured clients while serving as an associate at Bloomenthal & Associates in Boston , Massachusetts . In this capacity, Attorney Baker represented victims of automobile accidents, construction site accidents and medical negligence. In 2000, Attorney Baker joined the Sheff Law Offices, where he expanded his general negligence practice to include product liability, with a focus in brain and spinal cord injury.
Attorney Baker, who practices law in Massachusetts and New Hampshire, is a member of the Massachusetts & New Hampshire Bar Associations, the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys (MATA), the Association of Trial Lawyers of America(ATLA), and has served as a lecturer for the National Business Institute. Prior to founding Baker & Abraham, P.C. along with Andrew Abraham, Attorney Baker served as a law clerk and paralegal for the Boston staff counsel office of the American International Group, one of the world largest insurance companies, while attending the Massachusetts School of Law. After his admission to the Massachusetts bar in 1995, Attorney Baker briefly served as associate counsel at the AIG offices in Boston .
