Andrew Abraham is a founding partner at the firm of Baker & Abraham, P.C. Attorney Abraham concentrates his practice on the representation of seriously injured clients with a particular emphasis on brain damage. As you can see from the list of representative cases and results, Attorney Abraham has obtained numerous recoveries in excess of one million dollars, plus many six figure settlements and/or judgments. As a result of his accomplishments, Attorney Abraham was named one of the five "Up-and-Coming Lawyers" in Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly in 1999. In their May, 2005 issue, Boston Magazine and SuperLawyers Magazine named attorney Abraham one of their Rising Stars.
Attorney Abraham graduated from Deerfield Academy (1988), then attended Bates College (B.A. 1992). Attorney Abraham graduated cum laude from Suffolk University Law School in 1995 and was admitted to the bar in December, 1995. After graduation, Attorney Abraham practiced at Rainer & Rainer where he became the Senior Trial Counsel and then worked for the Sheff Law Offices. All of Attorney Abraham's practice has been in personal injury with extensive experience in the representation of brain injured clients.
Attorney Abraham is active in local and national trial lawyer's bar associations. Attorney Abraham has been the chair of the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorney's (MATA) Education Committee for the last three years and a Board of Governor for six years. Attorney Abraham chaired the “Masters on Damages” educational seminar that was one of the most well attended seminars by plaintiff and defense lawyers in recent history. Before Chairing the Education Committee, Attorney Abraham served as Chair of the Bench/Bar Committee and also Chair of the New Lawyers Committee. Attorney Abraham is also a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America (ATLA).
